And are you really saying that Eastie used to be that much cleaner? I've known the neighborhood for 20 years and it has been trashy all that time, Granted these glimpes are from before that, but I doubt the whole neighborhood was pristine at that time. And I don't see a huge difference between every storefront selling pasta versus tacos.
