Ronald Reagan cut taxes for the rich, grew the deficit and supported ruthless dictators around the world. He was not a good president, and I am with Deval on this one.
This is one of my new pet peeves. I hate the new usage of "to grow." Reagan did not "grow" the defecit. The deficit grew while he was leading the country. It also increased.
