Bread is one of the keys to life ... at least for me it is. Yesterday there was a little celebration for Parziale & Sons Bakery, which has been baking in Boston's North End for 100 years. My grandfather was a baker in the North End when he first came to the US from southern Italy, and it's possible that he worked at Parziale's. Whether he did or not, good bread is a reason to celebrate.
