Weird science

Among the many offenses of the Bush Administration is the politicization of science. Testimony before a House committee today revealed that the White House edited reports by the National Academy of Science for political reasons, while some scientists working in the federal government were muzzled on issues like global warming.

Said James Hansen, director of NASA's Goddard Institute for Space Studies and one of the country's leading climate scientists, "Interference with communications of science to the public has been greater during the current administration than at any time in my career."

To be perfectly honest, "I am not a fan of our Appointed President"!
I say appointed because the first time, "He was not elected", and even after they corrupted the counting of the votes, the popular count still put Gore ahead, he was appointed by congress.
His second term was pure dirty politics and corrupt vote counting.
This administration biased every branch of government by filling all the appointed positions with his good old boys.
First four years, we had a Republican Executive branch, House, Senate, State Department and Judicial.
Anything George or Dick said was law.
So any science that went against the Oil or Detroit Lobby was wrong. If a staff Scientist produced a report that did not parallel the pary line, the man was replaced with a parrot.

But like I said, The government is corrupt and I Personnally don't like the administration.

Let's hope the next one is better.
