The Boston Police are reporting (via Twitter) that someone was shot this evening in Maverick Square. Also, it says that there was a fire this morning at 117 Maverick Street.

I live at 119 Sumner Street and there was a lot of police activity behind the building on our little section of the harbor walk. The security guard in my building said the person shot was in this area. Still haven't reconciled the stories.
There haven't been a new reports on the A-7 web site since around October 21. It would be nice if it's because there hasn't been any crime since then.
