Guinness really is good for you

A new study indicates that a pint of stout a day can help prevent heart attacks, much like taking an aspirin a day can. Interestingly enough, the study found that drinking lager, as opposed to ale -- the two styles of beer use different types of yeast -- does not have the same effect.

More Guinness all around!

Where is the best place to get Guinness in the Boston area?

The best pour I ever saw and tasted was at the Druid in Inman Square, Cambridge, though the Burren in Davis Square, Somerville, is pretty damn good as well.

Per your comments on Mr mauro chinchilla on the web-site

My hope is that more of us latino like mr mauro Chinchilla who are working for positive social change really take this concept seriously — that given the right conditions and the right social connectors, we can affect and even change the behavior and values of our communities for the better.

More importantly, as someone who is working for safer neighborhoods, like mr mauro running soccer tournament for our kids communities,
